2022-23 TRAINING PLAN
This year we are aiming to develop a clear plan for training sessions so that we can build a strong foundation for the club. Within this, we want to work on choreographing a routine for us to display at different universities and maybe use to compete in future years!

POOL TRAINING

Wednesday
Wednesday's sessions will be focused on figures and skills within synchronised swimming.
​
Sunday
Sunday's sessions will start off being similar to Wednesday's sessions until we are able to develop a routine for us to practice. After this, we will use Sunday sessions to learn and perfect the routine!
​
LAND TRAINING
During land training sessions, members will be able to develop their flexibility and strength - key elements in synchronised swimming. Once we have a routine we will also use this time to 'walk-through' the choreography.
